The Grifter Files is a project by The Found Archive and Finding Subtext seeking to document the American right in an accessible way. This project was inspired by the fantastic work of GLAAD in creating the Trump Accountability Tracker. Like the Trump Accountability Tracker, The Grifter Files will aggregate news stories, but with a broader focus on the larger American political landscape. Additionally, The Found Archive will permanently store downloadable records freely available on this website. We encourage users to download these records whenever possible, as we believe redundancy in media storage is the only path forward under rising tides of fascism.
